How it works

Step by step.

Most men pray in emergencies and at meals. Jesus gave his followers a pattern for the rest of the week, and this journal puts it on every page. You start with who you are talking to, and you end in praise.

Start each week on the focus page. Read the verse, then write the names.
Fill the Prayer List with what you are bringing to God.
Each day, pray down the page in order, out loud if you can. The lines are room, not a quota.
When an answer comes, write it on the list with the date.
At the end of the week, write what you saw God do on the focus page.

Guardrails

A blank day is information, not a verdict. You are not behind. Do not start over. Pick up at the next blank day. Pray what is true, not what sounds right.
